- What counts as an audited estimate?
- Each unique estimate PDF uploaded and processed by MaxAuditPro counts as one audit. Re-running the same estimate after a shop-side correction does not count as a second audit.
- What does the $2,500 setup cover?
- Workspace provisioning, letterhead and branding configuration, connector setup for your estimating platform, and a live onboarding session with your estimators to calibrate the audit rules to your shop's SOPs.
- How is overage billed?
- Any audits beyond the 50 included in your monthly plan are billed at $3.95 each and invoiced at the end of your billing cycle. No prepayment or commitment required.
- Are there per-seat charges?
- No. Every estimator, blueprinter, and manager at your shop can use the same workspace at no additional cost.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- The subscription is month-to-month after setup. You can cancel at any time and retain access to your audit history and exported reports.
